These classes teach basic skills for maintaining healthy families. Topics include the importance of hand washing, balanced meals, cleaning dishes and cookware, maintaining cookware, keeping food in clean environments, and maintaining basic family health. This program is taught in conjunction with classes about family gardens and cooking. This helps improve nutrients and balanced diets.
